Refund a gift card

The gift card balance will be automatically refunded to the gift card when an order status changes to Cancelled, Refunded, or Failed.

For partial refunds, you need to manually apply the balance back to the gift card. To do this, click on the gift card number in the Order and then click the “Adjust Balance” button. Enter the amount that should be returned to the gift card. Manually adjusting a gift card balance requires the PW Gift Cards Pro version.
